When it comes to age and looks, a lot of people have different views about age and how they look. some people believe that age is only in the mind. others believe that what you think doesn't really matter.
well this brings out the fact that there could really be types of age or different views about age which can be categorized into:
chronological age
biological age
psychological age
The chronological age has a lot to do with time and calendar date. This is the main idea that comes to the majority of minds when you talk about age. A lot of people believe that whatever anybody thinks, this is the real age and that there can be no other. moreso, people don't have control over their chronological age because once you are born, the clock begins to tick
The biological age has to do with health conditions of individuals. people have a little control over how they fare at this level because, they can help themselves in this regard by eating healthy food, exercising regularly maintaining a high level of personal hygiene and seeking appropriate medical assistance regularly.
The third category of age is less popular than the chronological age but also have a lot of people who profess their credence to such category of age. this has a lot to do with what you think about yourself and how old you think you are. this brought about the popular saying that "age is in the mind". People who think that they are ever young always believe that they are capable of doing whatever the younger generation can do. this category of age has a lot to do with the emotional disposition of the individual.

when it comes to looking younger than you are, you have to pay attention to this three category of age and be careful how you handle each especially the biological age. you have to therefore:
Eat healthy foods: always make sure that you have vegetables and fruits around you as they contain important minerals that help yours skin to look good
Exercise regularly: this will help you to burn excess fat and to remove some toxins from your body through sweat.
It is also important that you be careful about your thoughts because how you think will definitely affect how you behave and how you behave will also affect your lifestyle and your lifestyle will affect your age and how you look.
